Second Obtain and complete a Zoning Permit Application. Click here to print a Zoning Permit Application or stop into the township office to obtain one. If you need a Driveway Permit Application, please click here to print a copy or stop into the township office to obtain one.
If you have any questions, please contact our Zoning and Codes Officer: Larry Frace 570-993-4098. He will review the submitted permit application and follow-up as necessary. He will also confirm the permit fee that must be paid to Briar Creek Township before the permit can be issued.
